PREPARATION - zoom
Please dress comfortably making sure you are warm enough and have some cushions and blankets to hand at the start of the session. It is preferable that the relaxation takes place on the floor, allowing the spine to remain straight. If you only have a chair available make sure it is not too soft, again the spine should be as straight as possible, even if you are sitting up.
Mute yourself on zoom when we begin the relaxation / visualisations unless we are in conversation, but ensure the volume of your computer is at a suitable level to hear the guided sessions clearly. Earphones /earbuds can help if you have difficulty hearing or if there are other sounds interfering with the space. For your own benefit, do ensure that you are left uninterrupted to get the best from the exercises.
PREPARATION - in-person
Please dress comfortably. Blankets and cushions will be provided but feel free to bring extra blankets for added comfort.
It is preferable that the relaxation takes place on the floor, allowing the spine to remain straight. Chairs however will be available.
£60 / 6 WEEK IN-PERSON BLOCK - 1hr and 15 minutes (Split payment of £30 at time of booking and £30 half way through the course is available)
£50 / 6 WEEK BLOCK ONLINE VIA ZOOM - 1hr and 15 minutes
£10 / TASTER SESSION - 1hr and 15 minutes
£6 / PAY AS YOU GO / DROP-IN - 60 minutes
